How to make Kheer / Rice Pudding | Nepali Food Recipe

INGREDIENTS NEEDED FOR KHEER / PUDDING :

* Milk (1.5 liters)
* Rice (1 cup)
* Cashews (2 table spoons, halved)
* Raisins (2 table spoons)
* Almonds (2 table spoons)
* Panuts ( 2 table spoons)
* Coconuts (2 table spoons)
* Butter /Ghee (1/2 cup)
* Cardamom (1 and 1/2 table spoon)
* Sugar (according to your taste)
* Cloves (5 pieces)
* 2-3 Tejpatta
* 2-3 Cardamom
* 1-2 cinnamon
