Is it true that Hello Sarkar addresses 54% of public complaints ?

Posted by Anup Baral September 1st, 2016 : The Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) has claimed that Hello Sarkar, a public service initiative launched by Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai a year ago has managed to address more than 54% of the public complaints. PM Bhattarai had launched Hello Sarkar to address public grievances. Citizens were allowed to call the hotline or send email, fax or letters to Hello Sarkar to file public complaints with the government.
One can file a complaint with Hello Sarkar by dialing 1111. The fax number is 1100 and one can send email to A mobile phone user can send a text message to 1111 or file complaints through the PMO website,
