Leader Deuba was of the view of maintaining political unity to enforce the constitution effectively and thereby taking the country towards the path of development. CPN (UML) Secretary Pradeep Kumar Gyawali said the constitution argued that it would fall under threat if the elections of all three bodies were not hold within the next 16 months.
