If you do not have much time but want to prepare a quick and comforting meal, then this is a perfect choice. It is widely popular across India, Nepal and south asian countries. It is one of the Teej special dish in nepal although it can be made any time without any preparing hazard. Just make PULAO instantly and Enjoy the greatness of it.


- 1 Glass of basmati rice – soaked in water for 30 minutes
- 1 Glass of water
- 4 tbsp of butter or ghee (gheu)
- 2 bay leaf (tej patta)
- 1/2 cup of peas (kerau)
- 1/2 tsp salt (nun)
- 1 tsb suger (chini)
- 4 Cardamom (sukmel)
- 1 handful of raisins (kishmish)
- 1 handful Cashew nuts. (kaaju)
- 3 Cinnamon stick (daalchini)
- 2 Dry Chilli (sukeko raato khursani
- 3 cloves (lwang)
