Sajha Bus extended its service

Sajha Yatayat is operating the buses in collaboration with the Kathmandu Metropolitan City. KMC had invested Rs 100 million to import the buses from Mumbai of India. According to Sajha Yatayat, buses have already left Mumbai last week and are on their way to Nepal. “The new buses are expected to arrive in the capital in two weeks,” Bhusan Tuladhar, a board member of Sajha Yatayat told The Himalayan Times. He said the buses will be operated on the existing as well as new routes. Each of the high-tech buses will have more than 40 bucket seats, wide standing spaces, CCTV and television as well. Sajha will launch e-ticketing and Sajha Yatayat location tracker apps very soon. Each buses have adequate space to accommodate two wheelchair bound persons.
