Aloo Samosa is one of most popular and favorite snack which doesn’t need any kind of introduction too. Here I'm going to show you how to make street style samosa with the perfect dough, and filling. This street style chatpata, spicy yet tangy aloo samosa cumin and amchoor influenced masala is so addictive, once you try out you'd always make them this way. The ingredients for making approx 12 SAMOSA are as follows: Ingredients:
All purpose flour ( Maida) -200 gm
Carom seeds(Jwano)-1/2 tsp
Ghee: 4-5 tbsp
For Samosa Stuffing:
Potato(boiled)-6 pcs (500 gms approx)
Boiled peas-50 gm
roasted peanuts 150 gm
Green chilli(chopped)-3 to 4
Ginger (grated)-2 inch
Dry mango powder(aamchur)-1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder-1/3 tsp
Roasted cumin / coriander -2 tsp
Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil for frying
Traveling gives us the opportunity to disconnect from our regular life.
