This recipe of matar paneer is a very quick and easy recipe. Tried and tested many times by me. Mattar paneer is a vegetarian dish consisting of peas and paneer in a tomato based sauce spiced with garam masala. In This recipe here I am making thick creamy gravy for matar paneer as we enjoy in the restaurants. How to Make Matar Paneer: - Blend the onions, garlic and ginger to a paste. Heat oil and add the cumin seeds and the bay leaves. Add onion paste and saute till brown and fat separates. Add tomatoes, turmeric, salt, garam masala, red pepper and the coriander powder, and stir-fry till fat separates. Add the peas, paneer and the green chillies and saute over high heat till glossy. Add two cups water, bring to a boil and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Serve hot, garnished with the coriander leaves. Omit the chillies if you so desire.

It gives us a new perspective about life and especially our life, it can help us change some of our habits or even create new ones. When I travel I usually make it a point to try new food, some cultures don’t have fries in their diet and they are all skinny, others use spices to give taste and not oils or fats. Discovering different values and ways to get by in life is really interesting. You also need to visit exotic new places and discover what this wonderful world has to offer.
