How To Make Chicken Curry in Nepali Style | Food Recipe

Chicken curry recipe, Learn how to Cook Perfect Chicken Curry in nepali style. Ingredients: Skinless Meat, Turmeric, Meat Masala, Salt, Onion, Garlic and Ginger, Sunflower Oil, Tomato and Red Chilly Powder. Heat the oil in the pan & add the cumin seeds and fry for about 15-20 secs. Add the chopped onions and fry the onions till they become light pink and soft. Add the chicken pieces and salt to taste. Fry until the chicken become light brown. Add the ginger garlic, cloves,cardamom, cinnamon and bay leaf fry stir for another 3 mins Now add turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and mix well with the chicken and cook for 3-5 mins, Add the tomatoes and then lower the heat and cover the pan and cook for 10 mins. No need to add water at this stage as the chicken and tomatoes will leave water. Depending on how much gravy you prefer, try adding a little water. The Himalaya Khukura should be done in another 5 mins. Just before you serve, garnish it with chopped coriander!

Going on vacation lets us recharge our “batteries” by disconnecting us from our regular life. When we come back we feel invigorated and we are happy to be back in our day to day routine. It’s a very good stress remover that has a lot more to give than most people are willing to accept.

Traveling increases our knowledge and widens our perspective. To view new customs, different ways of living is fantastic for the mind. It gives us a new perspective about life and especially our life, it can help us change some of our habits or even create new ones. When I travel I usually make it a point to try new food, some cultures don’t have fries in their diet and they are all skinny, others use spices to give taste and not oils or fats. Discovering different values and ways to get by in life is really interesting. You also need to visit exotic new places and discover what this wonderful world has to offer.
